PROLoci^TM comes from the vision of its directors who have all held senior positions in academia and corporate society.  This vision is to provide access and expertise to marginalized or developing sectors, we partner with not-for-profit organizations to enable them to use our services in countries and regions where access and resources are limited.  We believe that mobile access to the internet and content will transform lives, including the way the current and next generations learn.  This time of unprecedented change in terms of access, technology, and learning is an opportunity to truly take learning and education to masses, regardless of location, resources, and language.
